There are 2 ways to register and submit your invoice. Either download the form and mail it in or complete the digital form below. The invoice must be dated between February 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024. The invoice must show the dealer's name and address, and identify the qualifying Bowsmith product purchased with the quantity and price paid. The purchaser's name and mailing address should accompany the invoice.
All rebate requests and required invoices must be received by August 1, 2024. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your rebate check.
